Sample of Personal/Individual Schedule
 
  • 7:00-8:00 am - Fruit or Fresh Juice / Coconut water

  • 8:00-10:00 am - Training Sessions or Yoga

  • 10:00-10:30 am - Fruit assortment or Smoothie

  • 10:30 - ? - Adventure of some sort

  • 12:30-1:00 pm - Fresh Green Salad, Sprouts, Soaked seeds & dressings

  • 1:00 - ? - More Adventure, Exploration and Fun

  • 3:00-3:30 pm - Fruit Snack

  • 4:00 - 8:00 pm - Optional activity selection

  • 5:30 - 6:30 pm - Salads, Veggie Rolls, Wraps, etc...

  • 7:30 - 8:30 pm - Optional Evening Fruit Snack / frozen fruit desert treat
  • Meals and diet plans may be Raw Vegan, Raw NON Vegan, or Fruitarian
