The Vegan diet is 100% non animal sources and the raw vegan is the same in the All raw version. Very healthy and cleansing I found on a short term basis, but lacking in vital nutrients in the long run and may not be recommended at all for athletes.
From what I have witnessed of the fruitarian diet and personal experience, it is very refreshing and enlightening, very cleansing on the short term basis. In the longer terms, all of the sugars add up and can cause many health problems/challenges, not to mention the lack of many nutrients and fats, causing the body to slowly lose much of its protein made muscle. As it needs the proteins to function, it will take it out of itself.
The Raw diet can be anywhere from 50% raw to 100% raw, depending on the individual's choice.
The Primal diet is typically at least 75-80% raw animal fats and proteins and the Retro-Raw is as mentioned above.
Meals are prepared in an appealing manner.
Examples may include: organic, grass fed ground beef from US WELLNESS Organic Meats in marinara sauce, topped on spiraled zucchini pasta and shredded raw organic cheese. Or meats into pates topped on a sprouted corn cracker or put in nori wraps or serving fresh caught raw fish in ceviche.
